Sarah comes to this work with 20 years of experience in infant and child development, and family support. She holds a Masters in Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, which helps her understand the parents’ emotional experience and mindset as we find a unique sleep solution for each family.
Sarah is a Certified Infant Sleep Specialist and earned her certification from The Millette Method Sleep Consultant Training Program™ where she trained personally alongside Dr. Millette.
In this class, she will cover many topics related to infant and baby sleep.
This course will cover:
- The importance of a baby schedule and bedtime routines
- Prepare and plan for sleep changes
- Understand what is realistic to expect for day and night sleep and how to stay sane
- Understand how to successfully navigate through regressions
- Understand the pro’s and con’s of various sleep methods (Ferber, CIO, low/no-cry methods)
- How to get your baby to sleep more independently
This is a free class to Arbor Pediatrics patients, $40 for guests.
